Thailand Elite members are entitled to a variety of exclusive privileges from the moment you arrive at the airport and throughout your entire stay in Thailand.
Thailand Elite Visa
Thailand Elite Visa (Privilege Entry Visa) is the principal privilege provided exclusively for all Thailand Elite members.
– Renewable 5-Year Multiple Entry Visa (eg. 10 Years membership required 1-time visa renewal, 20 Years membership required 3-times renew
– No need to apply for a re-entry permit, the visa holders can enter and leave Thailand as many times as preferred
– One-year stay permit per entry: Each time an Elite member enters Thailand, the immigration will be granted a one-year stay permit, which can be extended while staying in Thailand if the member doesn’t prefer to leave the country
– Get an Elite Visa affixed at the airport: Once registered as a Thailand Elite member, you can obtain an Elite Visa upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi or Phuket airport. Processes are as follows
1. Call or send an email to the Member Contact Center about your arrival information and book the service (Required at least 5 business days in advance),
2. Once you arrive in Thailand, an Elite Personal Assistant will meet you at the arrival gate and accommodate you to the immigration control area with an airport electric cart
3. Elite Personal Assistant will take your passport to the immigration office (next to the immigration lane) and get the visa affixed. Once done, you will get 1-year stay permit stamp.
VIP Airport Services & Limousine Airport Transfer service
As special guests of Thailand, All Thailand Elite members are entitled to the following VIP Airport services
– Welcome and greeting by Elite Personal Assistant*: Elite Personal Assistant will greet you upon arrival right after you walk out of the arrival gate (for International Arrival flights) and at the airport entrance (for International departure flights).
– Exclusive Thailand Elite electric cart: For your utmost convenience, Elite Personal Assistant will use an electric cart to accommodate you to the Immigration control lane, so you will be one of the first people to arrive and no longer have to worry about long waiting lines.
– Exclusive Thailand Elite Immigration lane: There is a dedicated Thailand Elite immigration lane provided exclusively for all Thailand Elite members.
– Airport Lounge: After the immigration procedure is completed, Elite Personal Assistant will accommodate the member to wait in the lounge, while the porter collects the member’s luggage.
– Limousine airport transfer service is available to accommodate Elite members from the airport to accommodation or preferred destination in both **short and long-haul distances.
A special discounted rate for car rental service is also available for the member who prefers self-driving
*Elite Personal Assistant is only available on International flights at Suvarnabhumi Airport and Phuket International Airport
** For short-haul distance: Use 1 point to redeem for Premium Sedan, 11-seater Van, PPV, and 2 points for Luxury Sedan
** For long-haul distance: and 3 points for the long haul (Premium Sedan, 11-seater Van, PPV)
Thailand Elite Banking Service
Banking is one of the most essential requirements while staying in Thailand and having Thailand Elite Visa provides you access to open Thai bank accounts.
– Open a bank account in Thailand: In general, foreigners are not allowed to open a bank account in Thailand, but all Thailand Elite members can request for Elite recommendation letter and service through Member Contact Center to open bank accounts at Thailand Elite partner banks as following;

2. Kasikorn Bank
– Available banking services are as follows
1. Saving Accounts – Local and international currency

Thailand Elite exclusive services
Thailand Elite aims to provide the best services and exceptional experiences for all Thailand Elite members. Holding a state-owned status granted Thailand Elite access and the ability to provide many exclusive services in restrictive areas whether in the airport area or in the government sector. Exclusive services for Thailand Elite members are as follows,
– Elite Personal Assistant (EPA)* is always on standby to accommodate Thailand Elite members at the airport upon both arrival and departure. EPA is responsible for escorting all Thailand Elite members to the airport, facilitating all airport procedures, and getting the Elite visa affixed by the immigration office at the airport on the Elite member’s behalf.
– Elite Personal Liaison (EPL)** was designed to serve and facilitate all Thailand Elite members’ (available only in Bangkok) requests regarding Immigration, bank, and government sector. EPL service includes assisting in primary checking, filing of required documents, and contacting government agencies on behalf of Thailand Elite members including;
1. Immigration Bureau Chaengwattana – Annual stay extension, 90-day report, new passport, and affix Elite visa service in Bangkok
2. Department of Transportation – Thai driving license application/ conversion
3. Banking – Provide Thailand Elite with a recommendation letter, accommodate Elite members at the bank, and help facilitate the process
– Member Contact Center (MCC) is always available 24/7 to support all Thailand Elite members’ requests. Elite members can make any service reservation through MCC, from immigration-related matters to Spa reservations.
